It just popped into my head one day that there needed to be a 3D, chibi stylized, Mega Man game. The original thought was to do more of a 3/4 view like Super Mario RPG... something different that hasn't been done before in the Mega Man games. That evolved into spherical worlds to play more like Mario Galaxy which is even further out there from what's been done previously... and this Mega Man Worlds the fan game was born.
